Plumber=Plumbing Technician
Qualification : 2 year ITI / diploma in Plumbing or fitter
Experience : 5 years of hard core experience in plumbing works experience in large facilities
like 5 star hotels, hospitals , resorts & process industry.
Competency requirement :
a. Ability to read and make drawings / sketch / PI diagrams
b. Fully conversant with material selection, specification, capacity etc
c. Hands on working of different types plumbing material & fittings
d. Hands on working knowledge on sanitary fixtures, outlets & faucets
e. Ability to select , lay & complete new piping as per the requirement
f. Ability to repair existing piping incase breakage both temporary / permanent
arrangement in minimum possible time
g. Good working knowledge of pumps , operating parameters & trouble shooting
h. Fair knowledge of English reading , writing & speaking.
i. Working knowledge in computer – Word , excel , power point and email.

Electrician=1800 to 2000 AED
Job Title : Electrical Technician
Qualification : 2 year ITI / 3 year diploma in electrical engineering
Experience : 5 years of hard core experience in electrical works experience in large facilities
like 5 star hotels, hospitals , resorts & process industry.
Competency requirement :
a. Ability to read , interpret and make drawings / single line diagrams
b. Fully conversant with sizing of switch gear & cable
c. Hands on experience operation & maintenance of 11 KV switch gear, VCB, RMU, cabling
d. Hands on experience in operation & maintenance of low voltage Air Circuit Breakers,
MCCBs, MCB , MDB, SMDB , Final DB, change over switches
e. Exposure to operation UPS, emergency lighting & normal lighting
f. Ability to read circuit diagram and trouble shooting of power & control circuits
g. Good working knowledge in use of testing equipment such as megger, multimeter,
secondary injection, relay testing etc.
h. Fair knowledge of English reading , writing & speaking.
i. Working knowledge in computer – Word , excel , power point and email.

Competency requirement :
a. Ability to read , interpret and make drawings / single line diagrams / architecture
b. Experience in CCTV, BMS , Fire Alarm, public address & access control systems
c. Hands on experience operation & maintenance of CCTV
d. Hands on experience in operation & maintenance of BMS & Fire alarm system
e. Exposure to operation access control systems
f. Ability to read circuit diagram and trouble shooting of power & control circuits
g. Good working knowledge in use of testing equipment such as multimeter & other
electronic test instruments.
h. Fair knowledge of English reading , writing & speaking.
i. Working knowledge in computer – Word , excel , power point and email.

hotels, hospitals , resorts , equipment manufacturer , commissioning & process industry.
Competency requirement :
a. Ability to read , interpret and make drawings / schematics
b. Fully conversant with psychrometry chart , heat load calculations
c. Hands on experience operation & maintenance Package units, split AC, CRAC units,Air
handling units .
d. Hands on experience reading electrical circuit diagrams & trouble shooting
e. Good working knowledge package unit testing , commissioning, recommissioning and
handling of related equipment, instruments
f. Conversant with all types of refrigerants , its specification, identification, use &
selections
g. Ability to independently solve problems related to low / high cooling, condensation ets.
h. Working knowledge on operation of chilled water pumps etc
i. Fair knowledge of English reading , writing & speaking.
j. Working knowledge in computer – Word , excel , power point and email.
