1:Electrical technician (A low current / ICT engineer)

12no=2500 + 812 (2HRS. O.T.) = SR 3312

Installs, maintains, adjusts and repairs electrical wiring systems and fixtures

particularly wiring of machinery and related equipment in buildings and other structures.

Position and fixes distribution boards, fuse boxes, switches,

light and power points, cuts, bends and installs conduits and

draws wires through it or installs sheathed cables. Replaces or repairs defective

wirings and related equipment. Install all commonly

used lighting and power circuits according to given diagrams

and layouts in steel conduits, PVC conduits and PVC cables on masonry

and wooden surfaces or in plaster or masonry walls.

2:Heavy Equipment Mechanic

12no=2000 + 650 (2HRS. O.T.) = SR 2650

Take cares of heavy equipment repairs, and overhauling of Dozers,

Loaders, Excavators, Cranes, Forklifts, etc., Hydraulic system,

welding machines and compressors. Examines equipment to ascertain nature,

extent and location for defects.

-Dismantling engines, transmission, differential or other parts requiring attentions.

Repairs or replaces parts such as piston, rods, gears, valves, bearings,

break points or gaskets and accessories, such as spark plugs,

relines and adjust brakes, solders leaks in radiator,

rebuses steering mechanism and carries out other repairs,

tunes motor by adjusting ignition, carburetor, valves and timing mechanism.

3:Diesel Mechanic ( Heavy Truck )

-Check vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests.

Verifies vehicle performance by conducting test drives, adjusting controls and systems.

Corrects vehicles deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling,

assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub – assemblies’

components, parts, or systems, such as power and drive trains, brake, steering,

complete machine shop operation. Perform various adjustments and alignments

including bearing preload, gear tooth contact, control linkages, clutches, and

tractions units. Maintains vehicle appearance by cleaning, washing and painting.

4:Steel fabricator/ Metal fabricator

Operates fabricating machines, such as brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters,

and drill presses.Bends and straighten metal by hammering, chipping and grinding it.

Uses hand torch or furnace to pre-heat work pieces. Fits and welds metal parts together.

Designs and creates templates and fixtures.

Checks if a work piece meets the specifications by using square, ruler, and measuring tape.

Fabricate and assemble sheet metal products.

Set up and operate machine tools associated with fabricating shops,

such as radial drill press, end mill, and edge planer

5:Lathe  Technician

12no=2000 + 650 (2HRS. O.T.) = SR 2650.

Review specifications to determine setup procedure,

machining sequence and dimensions.

-Interpret blueprints to manufacture parts.

-Selects fixtures, part holding, and tooling to produce parts as necessary.

-Confirms conformance of finished work to specifications,

using measuring and inspection tools as necessary. Monitoring the lathe’s

performance to ensure it is operating properly.

6:Heavy Equipment Tire- man

12no=1200 + 390 (02 HRS. O.T.) =SR 1590.

Identify and inflate tires correctly for the size and ply.

Raise vehicles, using hydraulic jacks; remount wheels in to vehicles.-Locate punctures in tubeless tires by visual inspection or by immersing inflated

tires in water baths and observing air bubbles.

Unbolt wheels from vehicles and remove them, using lug wrenches

and other hand and power tools.

Apply rubber cement to buffed tire casing prior to vulcanization process.

Reassemble tires on to wheels.

Drive automobile or service trucks to industrial sites to

provide services or respond to emergency calls.

-Performs other job as may be required by Department Head / Supervisor.

7:Pest control Technician

To identifying, selecting, mixing, and applying chemical or manual solutions

to get rid of pests. Identifies pest problem and appropriate solution,

applies chemical or trap, and removes dead rodents

-Record work activities performed.

-Inspects signs and symptoms of the diseases attacking the plants.

-Study preliminary reports or diagrams of infested area and determine

treatment type required to eliminate and prevent recurrence of infestation.

-Direct or assist other workers in treatment or extermination processes to

eliminate or control rodents, insects, or weeds Etc;

8:Mower Operator (Grass cutter operator)

11no=1200 + 390 (02 HRS. O.T.) = SR 1590

Maintain the grasses of the golf course by operating both field and farm-type tractor

on level or rolling terrain. Frequently operates towed or attached equipment

(e.g., mowers, aerators, plow spreaders, harrows, sprayers) manipulating

both tractor and equipment controls at the same time through

hydraulic or mechanical controls. Operates boom slope mowers to

cut grass on slopes while operating the tractor on level ground along roads.

9:Truck Mechanic

11no=2000 + 650(02 HRS. O.T.) = SR 2650

Repair on Road heavy equipment; dump trucks, water trucks, sewage trucks,

light trucks, garbage trucks. Check vehicle condition by conducting inspections

and diagnostic tests. Verifies vehicle performance by conducting test drives,

adjusting controls and systems. Corrects vehicles deficiencies by removing,

repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing

major assemblies, sub – assemblies’ components, parts, or systems,

such as power and drive trains, brake, 10steering, complete machine

shop operation. Pe11rform various adjustments and alignments

including bearing preload, gear tooth contact, control linkages, clutches, and traction units.

10:Auto Electrical Technician=

Repair and overhauls electrical systems in automotive vehicles. Diagnoses,

tests, adjusts, and repairs automotive, truck and construction equipment,

electrical and fuel supply parts, systems and accessories.

Diagnose electrical issues within a vehicle using the relevant

diagnostic systems and tools. Identify different types of faults in the

electrical system such as lighting system, batteries, wiring, instrument

controls, and other electrical accessories in vehicle.

11:Denter

5no=1600 + 520(02 HRS. O.T.) = SR 2120.

Repair and fix body damages of vehicles and equipment.

Perform diagnostic tests and inspections & check vehicle condition by

conducting inspections and diagnostic tests for worn and damaged parts.

Repair damaged vehicles’ body repairs damages to metal body

work on vehicles and forms replacement vehicle panels. Replace front end

components, body components, doors and frame and underbody components;

Repair or replace interior components; Remove damaged fenders,

panels and grills and bolt or weld replacement parts into place.

Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents and seams.

12:Fabricator

Fabricate, weld and inspect product in a safe and efficient manner to

meet customer requirements.Read blueprints and welding symbols.

– An understanding of how to inspect every part using geometric dimensioning

and tolerance and enter data into company quality data base.

Maintain and clean equipment and tools. Maintain production efficiency levels.

Fill out quality reports and files.

Participate in continual improvement activities. Participate in the identification

and resolution of problems. Comply with all company rules, regulations and requirements

13:Machinist

5no=1800 + 585(02 HRS. O.T.) = SR 2385

Check and plan the description of the job order.

Clean the equipment for machining before start doing any job order.

Sets-up mills and lathes by installing and adjusting three and four jaw chucks,

tools attachments, collets, bushings, cams, gears, stops, and stock pushers,

indicating vices trimming heads.

Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample work pieces;

adhering to international standards.

Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning,

facing, knurling and thread chasing operation; taking measurements;

detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes;

adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools;

adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.

Age Limit up to 35 years only.

10 Hours duty + Overtime per 6 days in a week + 02 Hours fixed O.T.
