1:REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN :ITI / Diploma=17no=salary=2000 – 3000 +200 FOOD
Able to troubleshooting of all types of refrigeration systems faults (mechanical / electrical control system)
including setting up of superheat parameters.Strong background in both low & medium
temperature application especially for restaurants/ warehouses walk in chillers and freezers.
Able to guide, monitor, and control maintenance staff as well maintenance activities
(preventive & corrective maintenance
2:HVAC TECHNICIAN =ITI / Diploma=33no=salary=1500 – 2800 +200 FOOD
Able to work by hand independently and can handle preventive & corrective maintenance activities.
Expert of diagnosing & troubleshooting independently the failures (Mechanical/Controls) of all
types of air conditioning units such as chillers, package, ducted split, Minisplit …….. etc.
Able to fill the required reports (service reports, check list, technical reports).
3:ASST; HVAC TECHNICIAN (MAINTENANCE)  ITI / Diploma=19no=1100 – 1300 +200 FOOD
Able to work under supervisor and handle preventive & corrective maintenance activities.
Capable of diagnosing & troubleshooting the failures of A/C units (package, ducted split, etc.).
Valid driving license will be considered as an additional advantage.
4:CHILLER TECHNICIAN  =ITI / Diploma=11no=salary=1800 – 4500 +200 FOOD
Maintenance of chillers especially screw chillers.
Expert of diagnosing & troubleshooting independently the failures (Mechanical/Controls)
of chillers i.e. Carrier, Trane, York, Zamil….etc.
Able to fill the required reports (service reports, check list, technical reports).

 

5:HVAC ENGINEER (MAINTENANCE)  BE Degree=13no=4000 – 8000 +200 FOOD
Maintain a smooth maintenance work activities of various HVAC Yearly PM contracts.
Ensure that all Supervisor Carryout Tool Box talk with the Technician.
Assigning manpower to the sites through supervisors.
Preparing, implementing and monitoring the preventive maintenance schedules
(Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly) through FSI and call centre.
Evaluating the reports on the activities of all preventive & corrective
maintenance tasks related to clients/projects and ensures that their performance
in conformity with the prescribed work methods, quality standards, safety
guidelines and client satisfaction. Especially checked the repeatable complains.
Ensure that the entire call centre activities should carried out according to standard procedure.
Maintaining and keeping all working records of all the reports
(CM, PM, quotations, invoices, approvals, warranty copies,
daily site visits reports, daily site visit time sheets
Controlling the expenses to keep it at minimum level by following and
tracking the material consumption, working hours, over time hours and
transportation through call centre/AVL.
Minimizing the purchasing expenses by searching new suppliers
offering better prices and comparing the prices with existing suppliers through master price list.
6:HVAC or Facility Management SUPERVISOR (MAINTENANCE) Diploma=1800 – 2800 +200 FOOD
Expert in troubleshooting (Mechanical/Electrical control) of all types of air conditioning
units such as chillers, package, ducted split, etcSupervises, evaluates and reports on daily
activities of all preventive & corrective maintenance tasks related to electromechanical
systems and ensures their performance in conformity with the prescribed
work methods, quality standards & safety guidelines.
Able to guide, monitor, and control multinational maintenance staff such as A/c technicians,
Assistant A/c technician, Electricians, Plumbers etc. in day-to-day activities.



7:CAFM OPERATOR – Diploma=13no=salary=1200 – 2500 +200 FOOD
Receiving complains/inquiries related to Refrigeration & Air Conditioning from
clients and register in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Able to issue the work order for PM (Preventive Maintenance)
CM (Corrective Maintenance) through CMMS.
Responsible for preparing all kind of required reports through CMMS.
Checking, monitoring and generating reports regarding technician’s
vehicles through AVL (Automatic Vehicle Location) software as per work requirements.
Working experience on any CMMS software especially Concept Evolution will be an added advantage.
8:MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR  Diploma=13no=salary=1500 – 2800 +200 FOOD
Able to issuing/closing the HVAC spare parts quotations/invoices as per daily service
job cards received from engineer/ supervisor.
Responsible to check the best lowest prices and availability from market for required spare parts.
Responsible to update the master price list for spare parts and supplier contact details.
Minimizing purchasing expenses by searching the supplier offering better
prices and by comparing the prices through master price list
9:PLUMBER (MAINTENANCE)=11no=salary=1200 – 2000 +200 FOOD
Assembly of pipe sections, tubing and fittings, using couplings, clamps,
screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering, brazing and welding
equipment with using hand tools and power tools.Can install the signatory fixtures
(all type) with minimum supervision. Able to read and interpret shop drawings.
10:ELECTRICIAN (MAINTENANCE)  ITI / Diploma=11no=1200 – 2200 +200 FOOD
Able to work independently, to handle preventive & corrective maintenance of
electrical system of buildings/ Malls/ Restaurants.
Capable of diagnosing & troubleshooting the failures of building electrical systems.
11:ASST.ELECTRICIAN / ASST. PLUMBER(MAINTENANCE)=17no=1100 – 1500 +200 FOOD
Above 2 years’ experience in Maintenance
12:DRIVER=3no=salary=1200 – 2300 +200 FOOD
Light License Required with experience above 3 years. Knowledge of
speaking in English or Arabic will add advantage
02 years of contract, 9 hours duty
