1:PROJECT MANAGER (CATERING OPERATIONS=5NO=5000 AED

Job Description

Position – Project Manager

Qualification   :   B.Sc. (Hotel Management) or Graduate

Soft Skills          :    English Communication & Computer Knowledge

Experience         :    Minimum 7+ years of experience in Catering Operations

Overseas Experience preferred.

Age Limit             :  30 to 40 years

Salary                   :   AED 5000

Recurring Duties:

To supervise the entire activities of all JIC contracted operating sites.

To supervise and monitor Safety and hygiene Standards of all contracted sites.

To monitor high levels and standard of Food production, cleanliness,

Customers Satisfaction and ensure that Staff Discipline is

maintained at all onshore contracted sites.

.Attending scheduled and emergency meetings with clients.

Give solutions to all complaints and guidance to JIC site crew and clients.

Hold Monthly / frequently meetings with all unit heads under his control.

Reports daily to Manager Operations on day-to-day activities.

Responsible for smooth and efficient functioning of all contracted sites of JIC.

Responsible for the Submission of all Fortnightly and Monthly

Reports to base office of all the sites he is responsible for

9.Responsible for the implementation & compliance of HACCP & ISO

Standard & Integrated Management System at all JIC sites under his charge.

2:CATERING MANAGER=10no=3500 AED

Position        :          Catering Manager

Qualification       :   B.Sc. (Hotel Management) or Graduate

Soft Skills          :   English Communication & Computer Knowledge

Experience         :  Minimum 5 years of experience, Overseas

Experience is a Bonus.

Age Limit             :30 to 40 years

Salary                   :   AED 3500

Recurring Duties:

Liaison with Clients, Operator’s representative Operation

Manager and Deputy Manager Operation.

To supervise and monitor Safety and hygiene

Standards of the Site.

To monitor high levels and standard of Food production,

cleanliness, Customers Satisfaction and ensure that

Staff Discipline is maintained at site all the time.

All information suggestion and complaints regarding

Food Service, Housekeeping, Laundry and Food

dispatching is channeled through him.

Hold daily meeting with Laundry, Housekeeping,

Liaison with clients and Catering Manager.
