2:Captain Waiter

Responsible for all mis-en-place and mis-en-scene.
Performs all necessary tasks to serve Food & Beverage according
to the service standards and operating manuals of the hotel.
Greets and seats guests ensures their comfort at the table.
Maintains table culture and restaurant ambiance at all times.
Maintains maximum hygiene personally, inside the restaurant
and in all back of house areas by performing appropriate cleaning tasks.
Suggests changes in menu items or service procedures,
as per guest feedback or perceived need.

Attends to and serves the guests promptly.
Ensures minimum breakage, spoilage and wastage.
Constantly interacts with all guests in assigned stations and actively seeks guest feedback.
Fosters professional / friendly relationships with all guests.
Tries to resolve guest complaints within his/ he scope.

4:Fruits-vegetable Curvier

minimum of 3 years working experience is required for the position
Experience as fruit / vegetable carving in 5 stars hotel or fine dining restaurant
should have good skills in fruit / vegetable sculpture
excellent skills in demonstrations and decorative set-up 
helping his manager to develop new items for menu plus create ideas
monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins have pictures for his work history
Able to work in any place – pastry, kitchen, restaurant, coffee shop, catering or juice shop

5:Restaurant Store Keeper

98no=1400+300(food Allowance)
3+ Years Experience in restaurant or Hotel .Diploma and good at Computer & English
 Issuing Request (Food & Bev. /General/ SOE/ Uniform) Receiving ( Check Expiry / Sign & Stamp )
Requisition ( Fresh items like Fruit, Vegetables, Flower, Meat)
Data Entry for all items ( Dry/ Chiller/ Frozen ) and Check Items Quality, Quantity ( Expiry / Labeling )
Cleaning store everyday and check the Temperature log.
Daily Inventory on short expiry items (Pastry & Meat Item)
Inventory at the end of the Month for Food & Beverage + SOE Inventory (send to Cost control Dep.)
Send Everyday Invoice to Cost Control Department and check With Cashier for Cash Suppliers & make report
Taking orders from ( Cost Control Department/ Head Chef/ Manager )
Terms & conditions: 
Duty Hours: 10 Hours, 6 days a week
Accommodation, Transportation and Medical : Provided
Contract Period: 2 Years
